Hi Everyone
A great lipstick is the one affordable luxury that every woman should have… But what shade and texture should you go for?
Estee Lauder’s Doublewear Lip Duo in Exquisite Pink (£19) is perfect for the girl who likes her colour to stay put but because it has a clear gloss at the other end it gives you the choice of texture. Plus its between an apricot and pink shade its a great colour for most skin tones.
If you prefer more of a sheer look to your lip colour then try L’Oreal Caress lipstick. Shade number 103 Sweet Berry is pretty universal and a snip at £7.99!
For those of you who like to layer then invest in Max Factor Colour Elixir liner in Pink Petal, a shade that is such a pretty pinky nude shade. Apply all over the lip and leave if you like more of a matte feel or apply Clinique’s Superbalm lip gloss in Grapefruit for a sexy wet look pout!
If time is precious then why not go for a versatile product, like Bobbi Brown’s Pot Rouge! A cheeky pocket compact of colour which looks just as good on the cheeks as it does on the lips! My favourite shade is Raspberry (£18), which gives an instant flush of colour and looks particularly good on dark and olive skin tones!
Have a great month.
